Installation was suspended because the file indicated in maintenance-information needed at installation could not be opened. The probable causes are:

• There is insufficient free space on the system drive.

• You do not have write or read permission for the folder set in the system environment variable TEMP.

Remove the cause of the error, and then retry the installation.

If you cannot resolve the problem, collect the following data and then contact the system administrator:

• Details about performed operations

• A hard copy of the dialog box

• A hard copy of the window that appears when you choose the Security tab in the Properties dialog box for the folder set in the system environment variable TEMP

• Installation log (system-folder\Temp\HITACHI_JP1_INST_LOG folder)

If you are performing an overwrite or upgrade installation, also collect the following:

• Execution results of the data collection tool
