You cannot perform an upgrade installation from a JP1/AJS3 or JP1/AJS2 product that does not meet the applicable OS conditions.
The probable causes are:

The JP1/AJS3 or JP1/AJS2 product was installed in a Windows Server 2003 environment that has been upgraded to Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016 or Windows Server 2012.

Suspends installation.

Uninstall the JP1/AJS3 or JP1/AJS2 product that does not meet the applicable OS conditions, and then install the correct JP1/AJS3 or JP1/AJS2 product.
If you cannot uninstall the product, collect the following data and contact your system administrator:
