The installation will stop because the installed JP1/AJS3 or JP1/AJS2 does not meet the requirements of the applicable OS.

Installation was suspended because an existing JP1/AJS3 or JP1/AJS2 product does not meet the applicable OS conditions.

You cannot perform an upgrade installation from a JP1/AJS3 or JP1/AJS2 product that does not meet the applicable OS conditions.

The probable causes are:

(S)

Suspends installation.

(O)

Uninstall the JP1/AJS3 or JP1/AJS2 product that does not meet the applicable OS conditions, and then install the correct JP1/AJS3 or JP1/AJS2 product.

If you cannot uninstall the product, collect the following data and contact your system administrator:

  • Details about performed operations

  • Installation log (system-folder\Temp\HITACHI_JP1_INST_LOG folder)

  • Execution results of the data collection tool
