An I/O error occurred during the input or output of a file or during some other processing.

(S): Cancels the processing for the file where the error occurred, and continues the process. If the I/O error of the system file prevented processing, the system cancels the process.
(O): Take action according to the error information in the Windows event log or syslog output by the OS, and other OS-specific error information. If you cannot take corrective action, contact the system administrator, and collect data. For details, see 1.2.3 To the system administrators.
