Check whether the agent monitoring process is running. Remove the cause of the error by taking the measures described below. Then, start the agent monitoring process, and re-execute the command.

If the setting for starting the agent monitoring process is not specified, start the process. For details, see 21.5 Setting up the job distribution delay reduction function in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Configuration Guide.

If the JP1/AJS3 service is not running, start it.
If the above are not applicable, remove the cause of the error by checking the status of JP1/AJS3 and the contents of the integrated trace log.
