To check the execution agents that recovered, use the ajsagtshow command.
After this message is output, if job distribution still does not succeed, the communication encryption function might be enabled on the execution host. Check whether the KAVU2251-E message has been output to the integrated trace log for the relevant host.

If the KAVU2251-E message has been output:
Make sure that the communication encryption function settings on the manager host and those on the execution host match. After that, enable the communication encryption function on the execution host, and then restart the JP1/Base and JP1/AJS3 services on the execution host.
