For the execution agent or execution agent group to be deleted, execute the ajsagtalt command to change the delivery-limitation status to Blockade, and then retry the operation.

By using the Execution Agent screen or REST API, change the job transfer restriction status of the execution agent or execution agent group to be deleted to the Blockade status, and then retry the operation.
