The specified port number cannot be changed to a receiving state because the port numbers specified in the services file, or the IP addresses specified in the hosts file or the jp1hosts information cannot be used.

Check whether the port specified in the services file is being used by another program. If it is being used by another program, terminate the program, and then restart the JP1/AJS3 service. Even if the contents of the services file are correct, the specified range of ephemeral ports might overlap with that of the ports to be used by JP1/AJS3, and the port numbers to be used by JP1/AJS3 might be being used by other programs. In addition, the specified port numbers might not be changed to a receiving state because the IP addresses specified in the hosts file or the jp1host information cannot be used. Make sure that the IP addresses are defined correctly.
