Terminates the communication control function.

Check the following, and then restart the JP1/AJS3 service:

Whether system resources are sufficient

Whether the user who started JP1/AJS3 has administrator privileges or superuser privileges

Whether the maximum number of processes that can be started in the entire system is temporarily exceeded

Whether the host name has been resolved
If the host name has not been resolved, check the hosts file, jp1hosts definition file, jp1hosts2 definition file, or DNS server settings.
