3. Another program is using the output file.

4. The path specified for the output file name contains the environment variable format (%variable-name%).

5. The program associated with the extension of the output file was deleted.

6. You do not have permission to access the program associated with the extension of the output file.

Take one of the following actions according to the cause of the error:

1. Check whether the output file exists.

2. Set the access permissions required for accessing the output file.

3. Click the Open Folder button, and then open the output file from Windows Explorer.

4. Check the output destination, and then open the output file from Windows Explorer.

5. Check whether the program associated with the extension of the output file exists.

6. Set permissions required for executing the program associated with the extension of the output file.
