The password could not be changed because the JP1 user name or password was incorrect.

The probable causes are:

• The target JP1 user has been deleted.

• The current password is different from the password registered on the authentication server at the connection destination.

• The JP1 user whose password was to be changed is a linkage user.

Confirm the following, and then attempt to change the password again:

• The target JP1 user has been registered on the authentication server at the connection destination.

• The current password matches the password registered in the authentication server at the connection destination.

• The target JP1 user is not a linkage user.
