A root certificate is not found. The probable causes are:

Cancels processing.

(O)

If a root certificate storage folder does not exist:: Create a root certificate storage folder, and then install a root certificate.
If you do not have access permission for the root certificate storage folder:: Set access permission for the root certificate storage folder, and then install a root certificate.
If a root certificate has not been installed:: Install a root certificate.
If a temporary access error occurred during reading of a root certificate:: Correct the cause of the error, and then retry the operation.
