Enter the JP1 user name and the password that are registered in the destination authentication server and log in properly.
If you cannot correct the problem, contact the system administrator. If the primary authentication server is blocked, the system administrator must check whether the authentication information on the primary authentication server is synchronized with that on the secondary authentication server.
