The action to be taken varies depending on the file at the connection destination. Take action as follows.

For the common user profile:

Make sure that in Shift-JIS is coded in the common user profile at the connection destination.

For the View customization settings file:

Make sure that the View customization settings file is encoded correctly according to the JP1/AJS3 - View environment (for example, by using SJIS in a Japanese environment). To check the character encoding of the View customization settings file, download the file. You can download the file from the Other tab of the Preferences dialog box.
