Terminate all the running JP1/AJS3 - View programs. Then, if the following file exists, delete it manually:

%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Hitachi\JP1\JP1_DEFAULT\JP1AJS2V\conf\port.conf

The default for %ALLUSERSPROFILE% is system-drive\ProgramData.
