JP1 Version 12 JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Messages

KAVU4524-W

The registered jobs exceed the warning number for the system (warning-number), as stipulated in environment setting (logical-host-name). (scheduler-service-name, maximum-number)

The number of jobs in the queue reached the warning level defined in the environment settings.

Continues processing the request.

(O)

If the AlarmContentJobEventInterval environment setting parameter is set to 1 or greater, take the following action:

Use the performance report function to check the item CONTENTJOB_NUM and transition of the value. If this value increases and reaches the maximum number of jobs in the system, the jobs are placed in an error detection state, and no more jobs can be executed until the number of jobs falls below the maximum.

If the value is increasing, take the following actions before the value reaches the maximum number so that the number of jobs is less than the warning number:

  • Reduce the number of jobs that are executed at the same time.

  • If the maximum number of concurrently executable jobs is frequently exceeded, causing an increase in queued jobs, increase the maximum number of concurrently executable jobs. To check whether the maximum number of concurrently executable jobs is reached, see JOB_EXCEEDED_MAX_CON-EXE displayed by using the performance report function.

  • If an error agent exists and causes an increase in queued jobs, check and correct the status of agents so that jobs can be executed normally. To check whether an error agent exists, see whether JOB_ERROR_AGENT_DETECTED is displayed by using the performance report function.

  • Restrict the number of job execution requests by putting on hold jobnets that are to be executed soon or by changing the time when those jobnets are to be executed.

Note

The scheduler-service-name and maximum-number are output only if 1 or a greater value is set for the AlarmContentJobEventInterval environment setting parameter.
