Make sure that the command exists and you have permission to execute the command, and then re-execute the command.
If the Windows UAC function is enabled and the reason code is 0x000002e4, Administrator permission might be disabled for this job. Either execute the job by using the built-in Administrator account, or enable the settings for executing jobs as a user with administrator permissions when the UAC is enabled, and then execute the job.
