The probable causes are:

1. Access permissions for the OS user who is executing the job are not set in the standard error output file or file path^#.

2. Access permissions for the OS user who is executing the job are not set in the work path^# for executing the agent process defined in the environment setting parameter.

Take one of the following actions according to the cause of the error:

1. In the standard error output file or file path^#, set access permissions for the OS user who is executing the job.

2. In the work path^# for executing the agent process defined in the environment setting parameter, set access permissions for the OS user who is executing the job.
