The probable causes are:

An incorrect execution agent name is specified in the detailed definition of the job.

The permitted target host is wrongly specified in the execution agent profile.
If the execution agent name is incorrectly specified in the detailed definition of the job, correct the value and then re-execute the job.
If the execution agent profile is wrong, correct the settings and then execute the ajsprofalter command to apply the correct profile to the scheduler service. Then re-execute the job.
