See 4.2.3 Changing the JP1/AJS3 service settings (Windows only) in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 System Design (Configuration) Guide and, if necessary, change the JP1/AJS3 service account. In addition, take action such as checking the maximum number of concurrently executable jobs or the maximum number of processes started for all jobs to prevent desktop heap area shortages.
