If reason shows mapi_code = xxxxxxxx (eight hexadecimal digits), see 2.9.2(4) Mail sending job and mail reception monitoring job ends abnormally in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Troubleshooting, and correct the problem, and then retry.
