(S): Continues processing while retrying the connection because the JP1/Base event service has not started. A Receive JP1 Event job, a Monitoring Log Files job, or a Monitoring Event Log job cannot be monitored until the JP1/Base event service starts.
(O): Check whether the JP1/Base event service has started.
