Terminates the event/action control manager.

Check the following and then restart JP1/AJS3:

• Check whether JP1/Base is running.

• Check whether the system resources are sufficient.

• Check whether the user who started JP1/AJS3 has superuser privileges or administrator privileges.

• Check whether the contents of the environment settings are correct. In particular, check whether the value set in the environment setting parameter WaitInfFileOutDir or AJSSYSDIR is correct.

  If the value of an environment setting parameter is incorrect or the same as that of the same environment setting parameter in a different definition key, stop the JP1/AJS3 service, revise the setting, and then restart the JP1/AJS3 service.
