The probable causes are as follows:

The jajs_dbbackup command was interrupted during backup.

The jajs_dbbackup command ended abnormally during backup.
Specify the backup data that was created when the jajs_dbbackup command ended normally, and then perform recovery again. To check whether the backup data has generated after the jajs_dbbackup command ended normally, refer to the backup information file included in the backup data and check that "SUCCEEDED" is outputed in the BACKUP RESULT.
