Take action according to the error message that was output before this message, and then re-execute the command.

If another error message was not output before this message:

The probable cause of abnormal end of the jajs_dbbackup command are as follows:

• A job is being executed on the scheduler service that runs in the embedded database to be backed up.

• JP1/AJS3 - View, JP1/AJS3 - Web Console, or another command is performing operation on the embedded database to be backed up or the scheduler service that runs in that embedded database.

If any of these conditions exists, correct the cause, and then re-execute the jajs_dbbackup command.

If none of these conditions exists, contact the system administrator, and then collect data (see 1.2.3 To the system administrators).
