An attempt to read the file that stores the private key failed. The probable causes are as follows:

• The private key does not exist.

• You do not have access permission for the private key.

• A pass phrase is set for the private key.

• A private key that does not correspond to the server certificate is installed.

• A temporary file access error occurred.

For a physical host, JP1_DEFAULT is indicated in logical-host-name.

Cancels startup processing of the process.

If the private key does not exist:

Install the private key.

If you do not have access permission for the private key:

Set access permissions for the private key.

If a pass phrase is set for the private key:

Cancel the pass phrase for the private key.

If a private key that does not correspond to the server certificate is installed:

Install the correct server certificate or private key.

If a temporary file access error occurred:

Restart the service in which the error occurred.
