Perform the following operations. If a problem is found, resolve it. After that, wait for a while, and then make sure this message has not been output again.

• Check whether the broadcast agent service is running.

• If the ajsatsetup command was used to set up the broadcast agent, check whether the IP address of the broadcast agent specified for the -p option is correct.

• Check whether the broadcast agent is under a heavy load.
