Error occurred during the flexible job executing. (maintenance-information-1, maintenance-information-2, maintenance-information-3)

An error occurred during the execution of the flexible job.

The probable causes are:

  1. You do not have access permission for the files under the folder for storing files used by the JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent service and JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent Messenger service. (maintenance-information-2: 50, 51, or 53)

  2. The JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent Messenger service on the relay agent or manager host stopped. (maintenance-information-2: 84)

  3. Too many flexible jobs are executed at the same time. (maintenance-information-2: 27 or 119)

  4. Broadcast execution was attempted from JP1/AJS3 - Manager 11-10 or later by specifying a relay agent whose version is 11-00. (maintenance-information-2: 0)

Check the following, take corrective action, and then re-execute the flexible job:

  1. Make sure that you have access permission for the files under the folder for storing files used by the JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent service and JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent Messenger service.

For details about the folder for storing files used by the JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent service and JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent Messenger service, see A. List of Files and Directories in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Troubleshooting.

  2. Make sure that the JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent Messenger service on the relay agent or manager host is running.

If the service is stopped, start it. Also make sure that the port number for the jp1ajs2atmsg service is not used for any other services.

  3. Make sure that not too many flexible jobs are executed at the same time.

  4. The version of the relay agent is 11-00 or later.

If the version of the relay agent is 11-00, do not use broadcast execution. Alternatively, update the version of the relay agent to 11-10 or later.

If you cannot correct the problem by taking the actions above, collect data by using a data collection tool, and then contact the system administrator.
