Communication with the flexible job execution environment could not be performed.

The probable causes are as follows:

1. The relay agent or destination of the flexible job is specified incorrectly.

2. The JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent service or The JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent Messenger service is not running (if maintenance-information-3 is 26 or 84).

3. You do not have access permission for the files under the folder for storing files used by the JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent service and JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent Messenger service (if maintenance-information-3 is 51).

4. Too many flexible jobs are executed at the same time (if maintenance-information-3 is 119 or 125).

5. A network failure or routing error occurred.

6. After setup of a broadcast-execution destination agent has been canceled, broadcast execution is performed before the host that was set up as the destination agent is removed from management.

7. JP1/AJS3 - Agent Minimal Edition is specified as the destination of the flexible job, the broadcast agent, or the relay agent.

Check the following, take corrective action, and then re-execute the flexible job:

1. Make sure that the relay agent and destination of the flexible job are specified correctly.

2. Make sure that the JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent service and the JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent Messenger service are running.

3. Make sure that the port number for the jp1ajs2atmsg service is not used for any other services and you have access permission for the files under the folder for storing files used by the JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent service and JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent Messenger service.

4. Make sure that you have access permission for the files under the folder for storing files used by the JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent service and JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent Messenger service.

5. Make sure that the manager or relay agent can communicate with the destination agent.

   If a broadcast agent cannot connect to a broadcast-execution destination agent, the hostname of the broadcast-execution destination agent will be displayed in maintenance-information-4. Make sure that the JP1/AJS3 Autonomous Agent Messenger service is running on the host displayed in maintenance-information-4.

6. Make sure that broadcast execution is performed after the time set for the FXBC_MANAGEDAGT_REMOVEDTIME environment setting parameter passes.

7. Make sure that JP1/AJS3 - Agent Minimal Edition is not specified as the destination of the flexible job, the broadcast agent, or the relay agent.

   If JP1/AJS3 - Agent Minimal Edition is specified as an agent, no flexible jobs can be executed. Change the destination, broadcast agent, or relay agent in the job definition. Alternatively, use PC or UNIX jobs.
