Processing is canceled because the value specified for ConnectTimeout or Timeout in the connection configuration file or the default value was reached.
Note that if this error occurs, the files output by the HTTP connection job (status storage file, received-header storage file, and received-body storage file) might not be deleted. If necessary, check the file contents or delete the files.

Check the following, correct the cause of the error, and then re-execute the operation:

Make sure that an appropriate value is specified for ConnectTimeout= or Timeout= in the connection configuration file.

If processing is taking a long time, make sure that there are no problems in the communication environment.
