An error occurred during the processing of the connection source restriction function.

The nature of the error is indicated as follows in cause-code:

• LOCKERR: An error relating to internal locking occurred.

• FILEERR: A file access error occurred.

• IPERR: An attempt to acquire an IP address failed.

• SHMERR: An error relating to shared memory access occurred.

• MEMERR: There is insufficient memory.

• SYSERR: A conflict occurred in the internal logic of JP1/AJS3.

For a physical host, JP1_DEFAULT is indicated in host-name.

If this message appears during the execution of the jajs_pmtcon command, command processing stops and then terminates abnormally.

If this message appears while starting up the JP1/AJS3 service or JP1/AJS3 Queueless Agent service, the startup of the service stops and then terminates abnormally.

For other cases, the system continues processing.

Take action according to the cause code of the message.

LOCKERR

Check for failures on the disk for the following directory:

For Windows: JP1/AJS3-installation-folder\sys

For UNIX: /var/opt/jp1ajs2/sys

FILEERR

Check the settings of the connection permission configuration file, whether the file exists, the file name, and the access permissions.

IPERR

Review the network settings.

SHMERR

Review the shared memory settings specified with the kernel parameters.

MEMERR

Make sure that the amount of memory available satisfies the memory requirements described in the Release Notes.

SYSERR

Collect data and then contact the system administrator.

If the jajs_pmtcon command terminated abnormally, correct the cause of the error, and then re-execute the command.

If this message appears while starting up the JP1/AJS3 service or JP1/AJS3 Queueless Agent service, correct the cause of the error, and then restart the service.

For other cases, correct the cause of the error, and then retry the processing that caused the error.

If an error still occurs after the above actions are taken, collect data and then contact the system administrator.
