The probable causes are as follows:

For an execution agent profile:

The value of unit_path exceeds 930 bytes.
The value of unit_path is not in the form of a full unit name, or contains a character that cannot be specified in a full unit name.
An invalid value is specified for View, ViewCheckLevel, or JobExec.
Permitted execution hosts are specified using a character string of more than 255 bytes.
A permitted execution host contains a space or tab character.

Example: AAΔBB (where Δ indicates a space)
The escape character is specified incorrectly for a permitted execution host (\ is not followed by # or \).
