An attempt to obtain information about an OS user who attempted to execute a job failed.

Make sure that the OS user mapped to a JP1 user exists and is able to log on. Next, re-execute the queueless job that caused the error.
This message is sometimes output if you register, delete, or change the password of an OS user while a job is starting or finishing. In this scenario, re-execute the job after the OS user registration, deletion, or password change operation has concluded.
You can avoid this problem altogether by setting the AJSQL_GETPASSWD_FTPRETRYINTERVAL or AJSQL_GETPASSWD_AGTRETRYINTERVAL environment setting parameter.
