The database cannot be used due to one of the following causes:

• An agent management database of a different manager host is connected.

• A scheduler database of a different scheduler service is connected.

• The manager host or database has been restored from the backup.

Check the following settings to make sure that the connected database is correct:

• AJSODBC_DSNAME and AJSODBC_DBNAME environment setting parameters

• Setting of the ODBC file data source specified in the AJSODBC_DSNAME environment setting parameter

If the manager host or database was restored from the backup, recover the job as described in 12.2 Recovery from a failure in an environment that uses an external database in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Administration Guide.
