Connection was reset during interprocess communication.
Connection was reset during interprocess communication. The probable causes are as follows:
-
Connected by the host that is not registered IP address in the connection permission configuration file.
-
The scheduler service stops during a command execution to manipulate units.
-
The execution of a command to manipulate units stopped during remote execution of that command.
-
JP1/AJS3 - View was killed during an operation through JP1/AJS3 - View.
-
The host running JP1/AJS3 - View stopped during an operation through JP1/AJS3 - View.
-
A network failure occurred during connection with other hosts.
-
The setting does not allow for communication to pass through a firewall installed on a route to other hosts.
-
The communication encryption function setting is inconsistent between the connection source manager and the connection destination manager.

-
Terminates processing.

-
Check whether the host is permitted connection.
-
An operation through JP1/AJS3 - View might not have been completed, or a command execution might have been interrupted. To verify the completion of the operation performed when this message is displayed, check the command execution log output to the scheduler log file (log entry type: I001). If the operation is not completed, execute it again. When no operation log is output to the scheduler log file, a search or update operation might be performed through JP1/AJS3 - View. In this case, no action needs to be taken in JP1/AJS3 - Manager.
-
The communication encryption function might be disabled on the connection source manager and enabled on the connection destination manager. Make sure that the communication encryption function is set correctly, and then restart the JP1/Base service and JP1/AJS3 service.
- Cautionary note
-
A command execution log (log entry type: I001) might not be output to the scheduler log file, depending on the settings of the environment setting parameters OPELOG, REFLOG, and INFOLOG.
