12.1 Overview of linking JP1/DH - AJE
JP1/DH - AJE is a product that automates the process of transferring data to and from JP1/DH - Server. By linking with JP1/DH - AJE, you can define the sending and receiving of data in a JP1/AJS3 custom job, allowing you to incorporate data transfer into a series of operations performed by JP1/AJS3. You can also use a scheduler to automate the job, making operations that incorporate data transfer even more efficient.
To automate the sending and receiving of data as jobs, you need to define a custom job for JP1/DH - AJE in a jobnet and then execute the jobnet. To define such a custom job, JP1/DH - AJE (job definition program) must be installed on the JP1/AJS3 - View host, and JP1/DH - AJE (job execution program) must be installed on the host that will execute the custom job.
