8.3 Executing script files

To execute a JP1/Script script file as a job, specify the script file created with JP1/Script in the executable file for a PC job or QUEUE job (PC).

The following shows the procedure for defining a JP1/Script script file as a job in a jobnet.

To define a JP1/Script script file as a job in a jobnet:

1. Open the jobnet to be edited in the Jobnet Editor window.

   Open the jobnet and then select the Exclusive edit check box.

2. Drag the PC or QUEUE job icon from the icon list and drop it in the map area.

   Dropping the icon causes the Define Details dialog box for the dropped job to appear.

3. Specify a JP1/Script script file as the executable file.

4. Click the OK button in the Define Details - [PC Job] or Define Details - [Queue Job] dialog box.
