11.9.7 Specifying the columns displayed in the execution result list

You can specify the items to be displayed in the execution result list in the Monthly Schedule window and the display sequence of the items.

Procedure

To set display items:

  1. In the JP1/AJS3 - View window, choose Options and Display Item Setup.

    The Display Item Setup dialog box appears.

  2. In the Display Item Setup dialog box, choose the Monthly Window page.

    The Monthly Window page of the Display Item Setup dialog box appears.

  3. Specify the items to be displayed.

    If you want to show items:

    In Displayable items, select all the items you want to display in the execution result list in the Monthly Schedule window, and click the Add button. The selected items move to Displayed items.

    If you want to hide items:

    In Displayed items, select all the items you do not want to display in the execution result list in the Monthly Schedule window, and click the Delete button. The selected items move to Displayable items.

  4. Specify the sequence for displaying the items.

    Use the Up and Down buttons to arrange the items in Displayed items in the sequence you want them to be displayed in the execution result list. The uppermost item in Displayed items will be in the leftmost position in the execution result list.

  5. Click the OK button.

    If you chose Options and Display Item Setup in the Monthly Schedule window, the setting takes effect after the Display Item Setup dialog box closes.

    If you perform the above operation in a window other than the Monthly Schedule window, the setting becomes effective after the Monthly Schedule window restarts.
