11.9.4 Hiding planning groups

You can hide a planning group if you specify the planning group in the JP1/AJS3 - View window and display the Monthly Schedule window.

Procedure

To hide planning groups:

1. In the Monthly Schedule window, choose Options and Preferences.

   The Preferences dialog box appears.

2. In the Preferences dialog box, choose the Schedule page.

   The Schedule page of the Preferences dialog box appears.

3. For Planning group of Planning group, select Hide.

4. Click the OK button.

   The Preferences dialog box closes. The setting takes effect the next time you display the Monthly Schedule window.
