11.8.4 Setting the sort sequence of unit names in the tree area

You can specify whether the unit names displayed in the tree area of the Daily Schedule window are displayed in order of name or execution time. The default order is name.

Specify from:

• The Schedule page of the Preferences dialog box

• The Daily Schedule window

Procedure (for specification from the Schedule page of the Preferences dialog box)

To specify the order in which unit names are displayed:

1. In the Daily Schedule window, choose Options and Preferences.

   The Preferences dialog box appears.

2. In the Preferences dialog box, choose the Schedule page.

   The Schedule page of the Preferences dialog box appears.

3. For Order display by: of Tree area of the Daily/Monthly windows, select Name or Execution time.

4. Click the OK button.

   The Preferences dialog box closes. The setting takes effect the next time you display the Daily Schedule window.

Procedure (for specification from the Daily Schedule window)

To specify the order in which unit names are to be displayed:

1. In the Daily Schedule window, perform either of the following operations:

   • To display the units in the order of name

     Choose View, Display Order, and Name.

   • To display the units based on the earliest execution start time

     Choose View, Display Order, and Execution Time.

   The setting becomes effective when you perform the operation:
