10.1.2 Using the Filter Settings dialog box to narrow down execution statuses

You can specify job execution statuses in the Filter Settings dialog box of the following windows to narrow down the jobs that are displayed in the windows:

To specify job execution states:

  1. Display the applicable window.

    The applicable window appears.

  2. Choose Options and then Filter.

The Filter Settings dialog box appears.

  3. In Use, choose Use.

    The Filter section is enabled.

  4. In the Filter section, select the check boxes for the execution statuses of the jobs you want to display.

  5. Click the OK button.

The Filter Settings dialog box closes.

The Daily Schedule window or Monthly Schedule window displays only jobs whose status is one of the selected execution statuses.

Supplementary notes
  • The settings of the Filter Settings dialog box are also valid the next time you open the Daily Schedule window or Monthly Schedule window. For details about the Filter Settings dialog box, see 12.7.11 Filter Settings dialog box.

  • If the hold attribute is set for a unit and the unit is in wait status (scheduled for holding), selecting the Waiting to execute check box in the Filter Settings dialog box enables filter display for the unit. At this time, you can display the unit in the color indicating scheduled for holding if you have chosen Display in Hold plan on the General page of the Preferences dialog box. For details about how to set the scheduled-for-holding color for units, see 11.3.4 Changing a display color of a unit to be held.

  • For JP1/AJS3 - View and JP1/AJS2 - View 08-50 or later, when you select the Being held status includes hold plan check box in Options and select Being held in Filter in the Filter Settings dialog box, the system displays together the units that are scheduled for holding and the units that are being held. For details, see 12.7.11 Filter Settings dialog box.

  • You can upload the settings you specify in the Filter Settings dialog box to a common user profile that JP1 users can share by downloading. For details about common user profiles, see 11.1.2 Using common user profiles.
