1.4.2 Installing JP1/AJS3 - Agent
Install JP1/AJS3 - Agent on the agent host.
Prerequisites

Make sure that the OS of the agent host is a prerequisite OS of JP1/AJS3 - Agent.

Log in to the agent host as an OS user with Administrator permissions.
Procedure

Terminate all JP1 programs.

Insert the distribution media into the drive and start the installation.
Proceed with the installation according to the instructions of the started installer. Specify the following items during installation:

User information
-
Installation folder
The default installation folder is as follows:
system-drive:\Program Files (x86)\HITACHI\JP1AJS2
Do not install JP1/AJS3 - Agent under system-drive:\Program Files\. Problems might occur during operation if JP1/AJS3 - Agent is in a Program Files folder that contains 64-bit modules. Do not install JP1/AJS3 - Agent in the installation folder of any other product.

If you are prompted to restart the system, restart Windows.
Result
JP1/AJS3 - Agent is installed on the agent host.
Postrequisites
Make sure that the services are running.
