4.10.1 Conditions for debugging plugins
To debug plugins, you need to set up a development environment by specifying true for the ucnp.setup.server.cosminexus.debug.enable property in the user setup property file (ucnp_setup_user.properties). You also need to start Navigation Platform when you start debugging.
