Perform the following:

1) Re-execute the command.

2) If Common Component authentication information failed to be changed, specify the value you entered for newid when the failure occurred for both oldid and newid. Similarly, specify the value you entered for newpass for both oldpass and newpass.

3) If the problem cannot be resolved, detailed investigation is required to determine the cause and resolve the problem. Contact the customer support, who may ask you to collect troubleshooting information.
