Make sure that the external authentication server is running correctly, and then perform the following procedure:

1. Make sure that the realm name and KDC specified in exauth.properties are correct.

2. Make sure that the network is correctly connected.

3. Check the firewall settings.

4. Make sure that Kerberos is compatible with the external authentication server.

5. If the problem cannot be resolved, detailed investigation is required to determine the cause and resolve the problem. Contact the customer support, who may ask you to collect troubleshooting information.
