An attempt to communicate with SSO Server has failed.

Perform the following:

1. For a distributed environment:

If you executed the command from the primary side:

- Make sure that the Single Sign-On server on the primary side is running.

If you executed the command from the secondary side:

- Make sure that the Single Sign-On server on the primary side is running.

- If the Single Sign-On server on the primary side is not running, start it, and restart the Single Sign-On server on the secondary side.

- If the Single Sign-On server on the primary side is running, make sure that the Single Sign-On server on the secondary side is running.

- Check the connection by running the command hcmds64prmset with the check option specified.

2. For a non-distributed environment:

- Make sure that the Single Sign-On server is running.

3. If the problem cannot be resolved, detailed investigation is required to determine the cause and resolve the problem. Contact the customer support, who may ask you to collect troubleshooting information.
