An error occurred on the Single Sign On server.

Do the following:

1. When using HiCommand V3.x series, make sure that the InterBase service is running. If it is not running, start InterBase and log in again. If it is running, restart the Single Sign On Server, and log in again.

When using the HiCommand V4.x series or later, make sure that HiRDB is running. If it is not running, start HiRDB and log in again. If it is running, restart the Single Sign On Server, and log in again.

2. If you are using HiCommand Device Manager, make sure its services are running.

3. Make sure that the settings and statuses of the Single Sign On Server are appropriate.

4. If the problem cannot be solved, collect maintenance information, and then contact the customer support.
