[Cause]

Possible causes are as follows:

(1) Permissions to allow connected users to access the remote file have not been set.

(2) Permissions to allow connected users to access the work folder have not been set.

(3) There is not enough free space on the drive of the work folder.

[Action]

Check the following, and then execute the service again:

(1) Make sure permissions have been set for the remote file.

(2) Make sure permissions have been set for the work folder.

(3) Make sure there is enough free space on the drive of the work folder.
