[Cause]

The root password is not set. Possible causes are as follows:

(1) The settings for the mapping of service properties and plug-in properties are incorrect.

(2) The root password was not entered when the service settings were set or when the service was executed.

[Action]

Check the following, and then execute the service again:

(1) Make sure the settings for the mapping of service properties and plug-in properties are correct.

(2) Make sure the root password is entered.
