Possible causes are as follows:

(1) The destination host is not running.

(2) The destination host is overloaded.

(3) An error occurred while connected to the destination host.

(4) Communication using the set port number is blocked (by, for example, a firewall).

Check the following, and then re-execute the service:

(1) Whether the destination host is running

(2) The load status of the destination host

(3) The connection route to the destination host

(4) The firewall settings

If the problem persists, collect the log information, and then contact a system administrator.
