Authentication of the specified JP1 user failed.

The user name or the password is incorrect. Check the settings, and then retry the operation.

If no JP1 users are registered, cancel installation and register a JP1 user.

If the problem persists, the authentication server might not be running.

Check the startup status of the JP1/Base services.

Possible causes are as follows:

(1) The user name or the password is incorrect.

(2) No JP1 users are registered.

(3) The authentication server is not running.

[Action]

For (1), check the specified value.

For (2), cancel the installation and specify a JP1 user. Alternatively, install the software, and then specify a JP1 user.

For (3), check the startup status of the JP1/Base services.
